Zendaya Delivers One More Cheeky Bridal Serve for Her ‘The Drama’ Tour
Just when you thought Zendaya’s epic, bridal fashion-filled press tour for The Drama was over (the movie, after all, is almost ready to finish up its theater run), the actor couldn’t help delivering one more method dressing moment. (A stellar style sighting of the star is always welcomed, here.)
Zendaya attended a special screening for the film at The Grove in Los Angeles this morning, and this time, her latest bridal outfit was a little cheeky, centering around a perfect graphic tee. Zendaya wore a top that read “To be loved is to be known,” referencing—of course—how a happy marriage revolves around finding a partner that truly understands and gets you to your core. She styled the thematic statement piece (by New York designer Emily Dawn Long, who made it specifically as part of a merch collaboration with production company A24 for the film) in an elegant way, pairing it with a Louis Vuitton fall 2013 lace-trimmed pencil skirt in mauve and violet, and cherry red loafers. Her bixie looked freshly cut and coiffed too, worn naturally in a side-part.

This latest look is a pared back way to end her whirlwind of bridal looks that she has sported throughout the film’s extensive press tour. She and stylist Law Roach have put together outfits that reference the wedding traditions of something new (custom white Louis Vuitton), something borrowed (Cate Blanchett’s black Armani gown!), and even something blue, courtesy of a feathered Schiaparelli couture creation. On to the next few, though: the Dune press tour is about to ramp up, and Spider-Man will hit soon after.
While we still don’t know what she wore on her actual wedding day to Tom Holland (vintage? Custom Vera Wang), these bridal slays have been pretty solid stand-ins. Still, we’re asking: release the visuals for your actual wedding gown, Z!
