Toddler, father killed after car rams tanker stationed to water trees on ORR

Two, including a toddler, were killed after their car rammed into a water tanker on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Pedda Amberpet on Tuesday (April 14, 2026).

A 37-year-old software engineer, Veda Prakash Reddy, died on the spot, while his two-and-a-half-year old son Arjun, succumbed while undergoing treatment at hospital. His wife Hima Bindu, his cousin Durga Prasad Reddy, and the latter’s wife Srija sustained serious injuries and are currently undergoing treatment.
