Traffic advisory issued for statue unveiling of Sarvai Papanna Goud near NTR Marg

Hyderabad Traffic Police have advised commuters to take alternate routes on Tuesday evening as heavy traffic congestion is expected around NTR Marg and the stretch between Iqbal Minar and Old Ambedkar Junction. The traffic advisory has been issued in view of the inauguration of a bronze statue of Sarvai Papanna Goud at Boats Club, near Martyrs’ Memorial, at 4 p.m. on Tuesday (August 18). Telangana Chief Minister will attend the programme and unveil the statue.

Traffic congestion is expected on the stretch from Iqbal Minar to Old Ambedkar Junction and vice versa, as well as on NTR Marg, between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Hyderabad Traffic Police have requested commuters to avoid the affected stretches and use alternate routes to reach their destinations. Commuters have also been advised to follow traffic updates issued through the Hyderabad Traffic Police social media platforms.
