Teacher dies of heart attack while giving lecture-cum-demonstration at training session in Khammam

An English teacher at a private school in Khammam died of heart attack while giving a lecture-cum-demonstration at a teachers’ training workshop in Khammam on Saturday.

The deceased, identified as G. Jayaraj, was a native of Madhira town in Khammam district. He suddenly collapsed while conducting the training workshop, sources said.

He was immediately rushed to a local hospital, where he was declared brought dead, sources added.

He was considered an expert in teachers’ training. His untimely death has left his colleagues, other members of the teaching fraternity and his family in shock.
