Mumbai weather: City wakes up to partly cloudy skies, IMD predicts light spells of rain on Thursday

Mumbai woke up to partly cloudy conditions on Thursday, August 20, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicting light spells of rain in the city and suburbs.

According to the IMD’s 9 am bulletin on Thursday, Mumbai and Palghar are likely to receive light spells of rain, while Thane is expected to witness light to moderate spells of rain during the day. The weather agency forecast a partly cloudy sky with light rain in Mumbai and its suburbs.
