Malteser cheesecake recipe | Good Food


For the cheesecake, beat together the cream cheese, malted milk powder, chocolate, sugar and double cream until firm peaks form. Scrape onto the base, using a spatula to smooth and flatten. Chill for at least three hours (or up to four days), until firm. Can be made ahead up to this point, then remove from the fridge and decorate as per step 3 to serve.
