Nagpur: Over 350 management graduates from the 2023–25 batch of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Nagpur received their postgraduate diplomas at the convocation ceremony held on the campus on Saturday. Industry leaders urged students to adapt, sharpen skills, and navigate opportunities in an AI-driven and uncertain global economy.Chief guest, VIP Industries MD Atul Jain told students that they were stepping into a world shaped by digital disruption and AI. “The world you are entering is digitally accelerating, structurally uncertain and ethically demanding,” he said, adding uncertainty should be seen as a chance to innovate.

Sharing leadership tips, Jain urged graduates to build what he described as ‘CEO mindset’. “Curious, entrepreneurial, open-minded, committed, exceptional focus on execution and an owner’s mindset — these six tenets will help you grow,” he said.The ceremony also featured a video message from Kamal Nath, chief mentor of the IMT group, who described the convocation as the start of a new journey. IMT Nagpur director Rajneesh Chauhan congratulated the graduating class and highlighted the institute’s academic progress, including its entry into the top 100 management institutes in the National Institutional Ranking Framework rankings.Diplomas were presented to 353 students from PGDM, PGDM (marketing) and PGDM (financial managament) programmes.
