Chemicals giant BASF’s Global Service Hub, Global Digital Hub in Hyderabad soon

German chemicals giant BASF will open a Global Service Hub and a Global Digital Hub in Hyderabad in the second quarter of 2026.
The facilities, to be operated under BASF Global Business Services, will serve as integrated centres supporting BASF’s global operations across key functions, including finance, human resources, supply chain, regulatory services and in-house consulting. The employment generation is expected to be for around 3,000 people, IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu’s office said after senior BASF executives handed over the letter of intent (LOI) to the Minister in Hyderabad on Tuesday (May 5, 2026).
