Pour a few tablespoons of the pasta water into the roasting tin and mix everything together. The tomatoes will begin to fall apart and the water should help create a cheesy sauce. Combine the sauce and pasta in the tray or in the pasta saucepan along with the parmesan. Divide between 4 pasta bowls or plates and serve.
