Nagpur: Marie Poussepin’s Academy Marks Independence Day with Patriotic Fervour
Nagpur: Marie Poussepin’s Academy celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with enthusiasm, patriotic fervour and a renewed commitment to the values of unity, discipline and national service.
The celebrations began with the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag, setting the tone for an occasion marked by pride and reverence. This was followed by the National Song, the National Anthem and the Maharashtra State Song, which resonated across the school campus. Patriotic songs performed by the students further strengthened the atmosphere of national pride and collective celebration.
The presence of distinguished Army personnel, Lieutenant Colonel Sujeet Bais, as the Chief Guest added significance to the programme. In his address, Lt. Col. Bais highlighted the importance of dedication, determination and discipline in shaping responsible citizens and building a strong nation.
