Assistive Devices Distributed to Persons with Disabilities

Nagpur: The Hyundai Mobis India Foundation distributed assistive mobility devices to persons with disabilities at the Composite Regional Centre (CRC) in Dhantoli, Nagpur. The initiative was organised in collaboration with Zilla Parishad Nagpur and NeoMotion.
As part of the programme, beneficiaries received wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other assistive devices based on their individual needs. The initiative aims to enhance independence, improve mobility, boost confidence, and make daily life easier for persons with disabilities.
Speakers at the event highlighted the importance of continued support from the government, social organisations, and corporate groups in empowering persons with disabilities. They said the initiative is intended to provide need-based assistive devices and encourage greater participation of persons with disabilities in the mainstream of society through improved accessibility and self-reliance.
