Ghichare completes 3600km char dham cycling expedition

NAGPUR-BASED adventurist Vijay Ghichare, President of the Vidarbha Karate Association, Nagpur also President of the Nature Warrior Bicycle Group, has successfully completed a historic Char Dham cycling expedition from Nagpur to Uttarakhand.
Through his determination, courage and love for nature, he has set an inspiring example for others.
Despite facing extreme heat, scorching sunlight and difficult road conditions, Vijay completed an approximately 3,600km cycling journey, promoting the values of fitness, courage and environmental conservation.
Vijay began his journey from Nagpur and travelled through Seoni, Jabalpur, Sagar, Lalitpur, Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra, Delhi, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee, Haridwar and Rishikesh before reaching Uttarakhand.
Along with visiting the four sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites, he also completed a challenging mountain cycling route to the famous Surkanda Devi Temple near Dehradun.
During the expedition, Vijay covered nearly 2,300km of mountainous terrain with significant elevation gain. Despite dangerous mountain bends, continuous climbs, harsh weather and intense sunlight, he remained determined and successfully achieved his goal, setting
a remarkable example of
perseverance.
Throughout the journey, people at various places warmly welcomed him and supported him with food, water and accommodation. According to Vijay, the love, blessings, and support of the people became his greatest source of strength.
Upon his return to Nagpur, Vijay received a warm welcome from friends, family members, karate students, and sports enthusiasts. His adventurous achievement has been widely appreciated across the city.
“If a person has passion, hard work, and courage, no path is too difficult,” Vijay said.
